how to turn off a gpu on an app

Okay GPU is your GRAPHICS, without the GPU you can't SEE anything on your screen. Now I looked up wth Puffin is and I see it is a Web Browser APP for iPad, iPhone and Android devices. What 'device' are you trying to use this on? You may (in all cases) may not have the right level OS (Android 4? 4.2? etc.) or worse the device in your hands just may not be capable to support Puffin.
