The corsair TX 750 is not bad but it is hard to find nowadays
These one will be fine for GTX 770 SLI:
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1750bbef...
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-s12g...
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-hive...
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g2075...

If your power supply isn't enough, it can either not run at all or causes the pc to shutdown or crash. It can cause damage but a quality power supply reduce the chances of damaging hardware.
