Per CanuRunit the recommended is a Quad-Core CPU, which would better be suited as a FX-6xxx series
Video is a NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 560 or ATI RADEON 6950

Icon Vertex Shader version 5.0
Icon Dedicated Video RAM 1024 MB
Recommended: 20 GB of space.
So potentially you could run it but it won't run well on say ULTRA settings, try Medium and see how it performs. Also have you run Malwarebytes and made sure you have no lingering malware in the background? Did you run Windows Update and install all the latest updates? Did you visit AMD and get the latest Catalyst drivers?

Well again, did you go to AMD and download the latest catalyst? Doesn't sound like it. Also you can download SlimDrivers to check the other driver, and as I mentioned make sure that all Windows Updates and options (except Bing) are installed.

Please stop repeating the same questions and NOT responding when given advice. Steps were provided, information was pointed to to help, and your asking for a guarantee from a online forum from words on a screen without ACTUALLY doing anything. DID YOU use CanIrunit.com to scan your computer and provide you the answer your seeking? Did you UPDATE all the drivers to make everything work as simply as possible? etc. etc. etc.
If your just going to repeat the questions over an over then there is no point to this thread and I considered it answered and closed.
