Original thread was never solved, I decided to make a new one.
Original Thread: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2155677/computer-crash-heavy-gaming-turn-back-minutes.html

A few months ago I upgraded my graphics card to a GTX 660 SC. With it came Assassin's Creed: Black Flag, which I was able to play the first few days with no problem. However, soon after when I playing for about 30 minutes, my computer did a full shut off. No blue screen, no POST beep, nothing. It was just as if someone pulled the plug. But here is where it got weird. After turning on the computer, I noticed only the case fans spun up. The GPU and CPU fans weren't turning on, and the motherboard had no running lights on. After about 5-10 minutes of me nervously pacing back and forth, I heard the fans spinning up and full, and remaining like that until my computer successfully booted up. Thinking this was just a random crash and my computer seemed fine now, I relaunched AC:4, played for about 30 minutes, and found it crashed again the exact same way. So I ended up making a post on /r/techsupport (prior to finding this website), where someone told me to uninstall and reinstall all my display drivers. I tried this and it worked. I was finally able to play AC:4 for as long as I wanted. Thinking the problem was solved, I merrily continued on gaming. Fast forward to about two weeks ago. I'm now playing Wolfenstein: The New Order. I have had no problems playing it for hours at a time. I finally reach the last boss fight, about to beat him, when silence. My computer crashed, the exact, same, way as AC:4. It did the same thing where it wouldn't power up for 5-10 minutes and all that. Once again, thinking this was a random computer crash, I waited for my computer to turn on, waited for the fans to spin down, and relaunched W:TNO. It crashed at the exact same part. Thinking that the level was bugged in some way, I waited for the computer to turn on, blah blah, relaunched the game, started at the first level, 30 minutes in, it crashes. So I made a post (linked at the beginning of this thread) about it. I didn't get the responses I was looking for, and made this new one which is more in depth. Now, since then, I've noticed something very strange. Battlefied 3 also crashes my computer. But these are games that really shouldn't crash my rig, as I can play watch_dogs and Crysis 3 for long amounts of time with no issues. Now you should also note, this is not an issue of overheating. Multiple programs (Speccy and Speedfan) display perfectly safe temperatures right before I crash. Just in case the readings were wrong, I have stuck my hand inside the computer to feel it, and it was cooler than room temperature.

CURRENT BUILD:
CPU: AMD Phenum II x6 Black Edition
GPU: EVGA GTX 660 Superclocked
Motherboard:
Biostar +TA870U3
PSU: Cooler Master GX 750W Bronze
RAM: 8GB
Case: NZXT Phantom ATX (White)

I honeslty don't know what is causing this crash, all I can say is its always after about 30 minutes of gaming and it always takes 5-10 minutes for the internal fans to spin up (case fans spin up instantly). The only games it crashes whilst playing are Assassin's Creed: Black Flag (4), Wolfenstein: The New Order, and Battlefield 3. In the case of AC:4 and W:TNO I was able to play for long periods of time before it started crashing, but BF3 crashed the first ~30 minutes of playing. Also, I don't know if it helps of not, but all three games crash on single or multipayer.

Thank you for any and all responses.

I'm not sure if it's driver problems or not, but one thing I'm sure of is that you have a bad brand PSU.

It is a tier 4
Tier 4 - Not Recommend for stressful situations. May not be able to put out full rated power above room temperature, and may slightly fail to meet ATX specs.

Because you are playing these intensive games, I'm wondering if it's overloading and causing the shutdown. Have you checked your error logs? 41 is the error code for unstable power supply.

How would I check the error logs? [strike]And how is 750 watts not good enough?[/strike] Or is it the PSU itself. Also how would Battlefield 3 be more power intensive than Crysis 3?

EDIT: Nevermind about the "How is 750 watts not good enough" part, just read the list and say it said it may not be putting out actually 750 watts. The other questions still stand though.

I'm not sure what your comparison is with BF3 to Crysis3. It has nothing to do with it.

It's that your PSU is a bad brand, made with cheap parts. So yes, you may have been able to play these games for awhile, but the cheap parts of the PSU mean that after awhile things started to wear and now they can't take the stress of the games you are playing.

Does your computer work fine when not gaming?

It is just an observation from similar threads I've seen before.

As I've stated, my computer only crashes when playing those three games. The comparision was asking that wouldn't Crysis 3 use way more power than BF3? Also why did reinstalling my display drivers hold back these crashes before?
