Yeah, a GPU could be added but you would have to upgrade the PSU as well.

Yes, but it uses an APU which is a CPU/GPU combo. Also the power supply might have to be replaced.

I suggest you build one or at least buy one with a quad-core Intel CPU or at least an FX-6300 depending on budget.

Building is really the best option, and you can get some great help here. There are several other advantages as well including Warranty/return issues. It can be a hassle getting a pre-built repaired and upgrading can void your Warranty.

*I suspect the computer you linked uses DUAL graphics which doesn't work well (stutter etc). Dual Graphics uses the APU's GPU in combination with the graphics card (almost identical to Crossfire).

When using an addon card the GPU in the APU simply isn't used.

Actually, there isnt a video card in that computer, per say. It is "infused" with the CPU. All you will need to do is get a new card. But, please look into building. You will get a better bang for your buck.

Ignore my Dual Graphics comment. I saw "R7.." and thought it was a card.

*One option is to get the Asus GTX750Ti or similar which will work just fine with the power supply of the computer. I'd still recommend building one though.

The above build is an EXAMPLE of what you can build for that price range. You'd still want a graphics card, and possibly a better CPU cooler for reduced noise.

It's only slightly more expensive but has a better CPU.

The PC in the link does not have a GPU. It is integrated into the CPU (AMD APU). You could add a R7 250 (non Sapphire) and utilize dual graphics with the integrated graphics. I wouldn't recommend anything higher considering the low quality PSU in the system.

So to improve gaming on this it'd be best if I got a new CPU, GPU and PSU?

The CPU would be fine. But to have a better GPU, you would want to upgrade the PSU.
