It wouldn't be a good idea because there is no heatsink on it. There isn't much of a noticeable performance gain from 1600Mhz to 1866 in most applications anyways.

It will probably OC try at 1866, 10-11-10-30, CR at 2T, DRAM voltage at 1.575, the Mushkin should be fine at that...if not it will simply revert back to the mobo default, you may need to add + 0.06 to the MC (memory controller) voltage, and of course need a CPU that can carry 1866 (mobo/CPU info not mentioned), but no reason not to try, the wider bandwidth of the 1866 might help depending on what all you do
