Is My GTX 780 Overheating?

Ok so when I first got my GTX 780 in February, it would idle ~30-32 Celsius, which is (I'm hoping) normal. Recently, however, I started paying more attention to my temps and now I'm a little worried. ASUS GPU Tweak and MSI Afterburner both show that my GPU idle temp is ~43 Celsius. Is my GPU overheating? Should I be worried? Should I clean my GPU?

Solution
No guide needed. Pretty simple, get a compressed air tank at your local pc store and blow out the dust. Don't let the fans spin, hold em down as your blow out the dust. Do it efficiently in nice short bursts and use common sense. Do it outside in somewhere adequate and maybe wear a mask. Your done when you get a temperature difference, a noticeable one

I just looked in my GPU and WOW is it dusty in there. I think I found why my temps have been higher.

Well you know... it is summer. Take that into consideration? However my GPU stays in the mid 30s and I live in the Caribbean so that may not be the case. Like Gam3r01 said give a thorough cleaning(you should be doing that monthly)

Yeah I don't think ambient temperature has much to do with my situation. My room is typically the same temperature year round (with the exception of winter when I'll turn on the heater for a few minutes to get the room warm).

Are there any good guides on how to clean the dust out of GPUs?
