best video card

i have a tv that im using for a monitor and i was wondering what video card would i need to run it t 1920x1080 i play farm sim 2013, code lyoko 2.4.8, flight sim x, netflix and maybe call of duty ghosts or crysis 3 in the future

Okay, so it really comes down to budget:

$320 - Asus GTX770 2GB
$500 - EVGA GTX780 3GB (967MHz ACX model)
$700 - EVGA 780Ti (link: http://www.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-03gp42884kr )

You probably have a good CPU cooler, if not I recommend the Noctua NH-U12S. Also, if you haven't done so perhaps buy some PWM case fans if needed and setup motherboard fan control software to run quietly.

*Every game on the market looks great on the GTX770. Crysis 3 when properly tweaked can maintain 60FPS and I don't think it looks that much better at Ultra settings which require the GTX780Ti.

My advice is get the Asus GTX770 or at most the EVGA GTX780. In a couple years upgrade to a GTX980 4GB...
