Im unable to clone a new HDD using Hiren Norton Ghost as there was no HDD detected. I emailed my vendor and got this reply:
All new HP laptop that comes with a 32gb mSATA is configured as RAID for the cache mode.
That was the problem (not able to clone RAID) we face as well. That's also the reason why we had to ask you to recreate an image.
I believe the only work around is to remove the mSATA, then recover the system to the 500gb HDD set as AHCI..
