why does my browser fail

okay here the problem
recently i cannot acces some known website
i tried with my ihpone and computer and also tried those browsers(safari, chrome,firefox,explorer)
sometimes reloading page multiple times will let me in but i always get same error
cannot says what chrome says cause uninstalled (tough it was chrome issues but i went back to firefox and the problem persist
i get this : firefox cannot find server adress www.tomshardware.com

i have tried to clear cookies caches from the browser and that was not helping at all
i have tried to flush dns with cmd promt didnt help ether
i am using windows 7
tp link router (wifi)
eset 7 antivirus
any help is apreciated

Did you check to see if your firewalls blocking, disable your anti virus, check to see if your firewalls permitting traffic adequately.

Try internet explorer, as your default to root out the problem before checking firefox or chrome, as they're great browsers but not certified under windows operating system.

Could be your connection via wifi, might be blocking your connection (try connecting via eithernet cord to asses the appropriate diagnoses, try to eliminate all problems. seems it could be that if your phones struggling to connect or toms servers, and if you can connect from toms servers as you are now then it must be your wifi, your better eliminating each problem first..)

Disable your antivirus
Plug in internet cord into a laptop, or desk top and see if theres no interference
