PSU for sapphire r9 290(non x) tri-x edition?

i am going to buy sapphire r9 290(non x) tri-x edition, i will not overclocked it EVER so is cooler master gx2 650w good for it or should i go for corsair gs 600w?. by the way i play games at 1080p so if any of you knows another graphic card cheaper than (r9 290) which can max out games at 1080p for atleast 2-3 years it would be appreciated :)

in pakistan the price of sapphire r9 290 tri-x is 600$.

my spec:

mobo: gigabyte ga h87m h3d.
ram: kingston 8gb 4x2 ddr3 1600mhz.
processor: intel core i5 4440 (not overclocked and will never do).
hdd: 2 seagate 7500rpm (1tb+500gb).
chasis: gigabyte luxo x10.
fans: 3 coolermaster LED fans,3 gigabyte stock fans.

Whilst the Rm 750 is more efficient in converting AC to DC, either is decent enough for a R9 290.
If your budget is tight then you can get the TX 650.

Here is the PSU tiered quality list. Good to have, remember, this is just a guide, you can get lucky and have a lower tiered PSU run forever while a tier 1 may fail immediately, just, the chances are better if you buy a quality PSU that you won't have problems. 600 - 650 watts should be fine. 650 is recommended for the 290, even if you aren't overclocking. I'd check around and see if you can find a tier 1 or 2 PSU and save yourself from a headache.

tx 650 can handle sapphire r9 290 tri x with my spec easily or it will pushed at its limits?
