Okay i hvae a Gateway DX4300, and i game, so if you know anything about this PC you know its can play certain games but not with the best quality and fps. so i went out and bought a Dynex 400w power supply and a NVIDIA GEFORCE GT630, and an extra CPU fan to hopefully boost gameplay and all around performance.I installed everything correctly (im pretty sure i did atleast) and when i plug it in and turn the power supply on the new LED cpu fan lights up and comes on but it doesnt act like it is trying to boot up (Hard drive start noise). please help i just put basically my whole paycheck into upgrading and i need to know if i possibly messed something up.

Everything is connected correctly. the power button will now turn the pc on and off but it doesn't flash showing cpu usage... keyboard and mouse also not working if that helps you diagnose anything
