I have an inspiron 1520 with windows xp and ubuntu on it. How do i back up or make a clone of the entire hard disk? i don't want to copy just one partition, but the entire Hard disk with both OS on it and the boot order of the Operating systems, basically make a ghost copy. I want to be able to take the newly cloned harddisk, and plug it in immediately after the process, and still be able to to both both OS and everything without any hassles.

What are some good programs to do this? the program can be for linux or windows, but preferably for windows XP. Thanks.

Solution
Free disk-cloning software: http://www.easeus.com/disk-copy/

For a free version, you will need Todo Backup Free as it supports hardware RAID.
Do not try to use Disk Copy Home because it doesn't support RAID systems.
