So I just upgraded to a Gigabyte 970A-D3P motherboard, and my only problem so far is that the USB 3.0 ports don't work. The rest of the USB ports are working, and I checked to make sure it is enabled in the BIOS. Thoughts?

You need to install the VIA USB 3.0 driver from the Gigabyte website:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=...

Strictly speaking, you are supposed to re-install Windows from scratch after changing the motherboard, so if you experience any other problems specifically with Windows acting weird, that's what you should do.
