So when I start up my pc that I just built a couple of min ago(don't have an os disc yet to boot up or a keyboard) red lights flash but then stop and then everything is green, fans are running and all and my pc starts up and says boot up or restart and put os disc in to boot up. Do those red lights at start but then go away after 2 seconds mean something is wrong with my pc
