Hello I have a 3 year laptop.
Its an Alienware m14x R1.

For some reason my memory is at 100% http://prntscr.com/3ptwze
The only things I have running are Skype And google chrome, A few Tabs. http://prntscr.com/3ptxh5

This Is how the memory usage is with chrome and skype closed. http://prntscr.com/3ptyum
After complete reboot. http://prntscr.com/3pu23u
This is very Odd Memory usage.

Here is the Dxdiag http://pastebin.com/i48QXpQp
I need Urgent help please, this is getting frustrating.

Also my monitor flickers black for no reason at all. Must be the high ram. Sometimes It just turns completely black and I need to restart to fix it but I can still here sound.
I don't think this is a virus I haven't gotten one of those in years.

Yes, you dont have 100s open that you can see, for some reason, when you close chrome, it does not end all of it processes correctly.I counted 10 in that screenshot alone. Ive had the issue were it does not end the processes right and uses up alot of memory. Thats the best advice i can give you from what you provided.

Lol I guarantee you it isn't chrome. And I forgot to add the screenshot of processes for when Its closed. But I assure you it was completely closed.

Picture above is what my ram usage looks like.

Well, the only other thing is that there is a bunch of uneeded processes running, what does it look like after a restart?

It was at 85%ish ram usage after a complete reboot and nothing opened which scared me, So I did a system restore 2 weeks ago and seemed to change it for now. But I know there is still something wrong. Do you think Windows 7 is less power hungry than 8?
