Can i run Watch Dogs on medium settings.

Yes with that graphics card you should be able to run on medium but with only 1gb vram I recommend using temporal smaa for smooth frame rates you might be able to get away with msaa x2 or x4 or txaa x2 might be worth fiddling around with tho too see which you prefer and how it handles the frames on them setting. Also ubisoft have stated that they will be patching the game soon to run smoother on Nvidia and AMD so even if its not the best it should only get better :)

depends if ur using vsync as standard it drops to 30 I believe but without vsync 40-50 average but you cant really notice in watch dogs much over 30 tbh I honestly figured I have been playing it at 60fps when I first started playing it then I put fraps on and it said 30fps with vsync enable I was in shock lol
