Corrupt hard drive

So I bought a hard drive (2TB WD Caviar Black for €55) on a local site, similar to EBay, and installed Windows 8 on it... Got some games in it, some data from my older hard drive, thinking Ok, it's pretty nice. Works well, NO PROBLEM!

The next day, all hell broke loose. The OS wouldn't boot, it would tell me that I have a corrupt driver in my hard drive. So I said OK, I'll just put my Windows 8 DVD back in and do a repair, wouldn't work. The hard drive was in a constant loop reading itself and would reset itself every 2.5 seconds and do it all again in a loop, even if I try installing Windows 7 or 8... No luck, for the installation to start it needs to read the hard drive first.... Please help! Is it possible to fix my hard drive?
