Both are 3GB DDR5. About the same price on the market atm. The XFX comes with lifetime warranty and higher OC. But reviews state that the Twin Frozr is quieter and cooler, enabling the card to OC higher. Which is better?

the difference is so minimal its pedantic. just get the one you like. both are good company with solid reputations. for gpus i Personalty like the msi twin frozr cooler, they are really quiet and min OCs very well.
