Windows 7 64 could not update the computer's boot configuration. Installation cannot proceed."

i have this error message since yesterday it begins when i restarted my pc the system failed to load and windows tried to fix the boot-able files but no use i decide to reinstall windows i choose to overwrite the older one everything was ok and after the installation is finished the error has popped up"Windows could not update the computer's boot configuration. Installation cannot proceed."" i formatted the partition system this time to install the windows on a clean partition but no use the same error after the installation is finished .. i noticed a multiple volumes for the partition c the system partition on the selection screen of the boot-able windows 7, two volumes and one partition with the exact total size and free space !! only one of them is able to install windows on it but not the other two volumes only the partition one, the rest of the partitions or volumes are unable to install ...the type of my primary drive is dynamic i have also an external USB hard drive with type primary ! now after a couple of times trying to install windows the partition i used to install the windows on it has prompt a message saying "SETUP WAS UNABLE TO CREATE A NEW SYSTEM PARTITION OR LOCATE AN EXISTING SYSTEM PARTITION SEE THE SETUP LOG FILES FOR MORE INFORMATION" and this is a new problem please i need help this is crucial thank u

See if you can find a boot disc which will "debug" the hard drive. I have a disc that boots a windows 98 debug script and it works wonders. You can maybe boot a linux disc to delete everything as well.
