hard drives problems

just put 2 laptop hdd into my pc pc starts but gets stuck on loading on start had to take them out not sure what this means?

Plug the hard drives in and enter your BIOS.
You can do this by pressing F11\F12\F8 (Varies from computer to computer)
And see if your BIOS recognises them in the settings.
