i have heard that hd 7750 ddr5 does not require external power supply so i wanted to buy it.
And same thing i have heard about r7 250 ddr5 that it also does not require external power supply so from both hd 7750 and r7 250 any one is compatible with my psu please tell me.
Please tell me that is my psu is good for this
Can i run any of them card without any problem.
Or if you know any good graphic card which is compatible with my psu then

Picture sites are blocked for me at work. Unless it is an absolutely crappy unit (e.g. Diablotek, Logisys) which can die randomly anyway, you should be fine. What brand and model is it?

Edit: Hey wow, I could see the picture! It looks like an obsolete, overrated unit reminiscent of Apevia or Sunbeam (two other bad ones), but ought to be sufficient even though it is probably only good for 250W-300W.
I cannot see pictures at work.
A HD7750 can be run on a system with a 150W PSU, so it is unlikely you'll have a problem. My "Gypsy" rig (with an i5-3570K, a powerful CPU rarely paired with a HD7750) pulls less than 130W from its UPS while gaming.
