I had posted a question earlier
http:// www.tomshardware.com/ answers/id-2162015/planning-amd-radeon-250-technical-details.html#13440770
It has details about my system.

I'm trying to install the drivers by the CD given in the package. During installation, only two componets are being installed, HDMI audio driver and AMD catalyst insaller manager.

Here's the log if it can help

Update: The problem occurs while installing catalyst install manager (as shown in log). I'm downloading the latest driver from amd website if the installation CD is having some problem.

Try doing a disk cleanup, then search %temp% in start and delete everything there. Then try the driver install.

Should i Check if the graphics card is properly inserted? I've connected the VGA port to graphics card, and I can see everything on monitor. That means there's no problem in inserting it. right?

@Suztera... I didn't. I didn't loose hope and installed it!

For those who are having same problem:
1. Right click on Computer --> Manage > Device Manager > Display Adaptor
2. Double click the item (device) shown under Display adaptor
3. Go to Driver tab
4. Click on update Driver
5. Select 'Browse my computer for driver software'
6. Browse for the folder where you have the Driver. (I had the driver downloaded from amd website, i don't know if it will work for a CD).

You'll see the name of that device change to the gpu you have. You've done it!
