Which one is better from those ..
K281 and K380
which one has a good air flow ?
whic one has a good design than the other ?

I have K281 and I would suggest not buying it, K380 has vent at top also so that's definitely better.

Cooler Master K380 is better than K281,
Even CM K280 is also.
