'Stains' on the back of graphics card?

So this is a used graphics card bought of Ebay for a bargain of £130 :)

I noticed some weird marks on the back of the card and the seller says he saw them too but it worked fine, I am yet to test the card as I haven't got all the components yet.

Any ideas what these marks are? (hard to see clearly but the label shows it easily)

You can see the stains at the bottom to the left of my finger and on the label :)

the resolution and focus of that image leaves much to be desired. :) I would hazard a guess that it appears to be the result of some liquid being spilled on the card. if the card was not powered at the time, it may not have caused any damage. Or the liquid might not have been conductive liquid. Who knows?

There's always a risk buying on eBay, but I'd guess most times it works out well.

Yea it looks like someone's liquid loop leaked onto the card.
