is the GTX 780 3gb palit jetstream good for this build?

is the palit version good for this build?

Is this a prebuilt? If not, I would try and go with a 2x4GB set of RAM instead of 1x8GB, but that's not too big a deal for gaming. The only other problem I have is the RM series has cheap capacitors, and I wouldn't want to run a $500 GPU on a poorly equipped power supply.

To answer your question, the 780 would definitely run with that system :) And the RM series may do ok enough with just a single GPU in there, as 850w is definitely enough to run that system :)
