Hmmm... I'd find a MOBO that I liked and then visit their website to see what if they say anything about their manufacturing processes.
Personally I've built with both ASUS and MSI, and I understand that Gigabyte is pretty good, too.
Other folks may have different recommendations.

He's asking for the color green, not green as in environmental since they're all the same manufacturing process really.
