Hey

I am going to get a gtx 660. I just wanted to know if my current system specs are ok with the 660?

AMD A10 6800k*
8gb crucial tactical tracer
msi fm2-a85x-g65 motherboard
corsiar cx430m
Seagate barracuda 1tb 7200rpm

*before you say why the hell are you getting a discrete gpu when you have an apu - when i built the system, i didn't think i was going to do much gaming, however now i have it, i want to and the apu cant really handle games very well. And i dont have enough money to go out and buy a 3570k and the corresponding motherboard - however this will happen in the future.

You'll need a better PSU. At least 500w should work.

Umf, the psu, you're pushing it here. ;)

It's over the edge from what i would run here.
I think i would get the XFX Proseries XXX edition 550w psu as a replacement, it's affordable and would allow for an overclocked i5 later on too.

Or you should maybe look at the GT 750ti instead if you don't want to change psu, though it's a little bit slower, but much more power efficient.
