You might overclock the snot out of a GT520, and never get near the performance of a $60-$70 card. It isn't really a gaming card, just like adding another 1000RPM isn't going to let a Pinto handle Bristol (particularly without serious risk of burning out).

If it crashes when you start your games, that means it's unstable, and no software is going to help you. You need to back the overclock off a little

Stability is dependent on the card, not the software. MSI Afterburner would be what I'd use myself.

+1 for MSI Afterburner but like Onus said, you're not going to get much out of your card from overclocking.

Afterburner clocks are not much high it's highest are
Memory clock 910
Core clock 780

I want more than this so tell me another clocker or how to do unofficial afterburner.

The limit is your graphics card, and you've apparently found its limit. Another piece of software is not going to overcome that limit. If something else does allow you to set higher voltages, you will most likely destroy the card.

Your doctor tells you you should not take more than 2 pills a day. You post online looking for someone that tells you it's OK to take more because 2 is just not enough for you for some reason.

Finally someone tells you to take 6 because you want what you want despite advice from everyone. You die. Maybe it's better to take the advice of those that know.

If you have an "awesome cooking system" you could have a system that will actually run a faster video card, you should look into replacing the 520.
