4gb ddr2 ram
Iball 450w psu

I am deciding to but a new gpu
Suggest me a good gpu for m'y rig budget 7000rs

I need to play all the latest games till now on medium settings at 25-35fps
And games which demand high requirement at low settings at25fps

Nope, I wouldn't recommend that either. The PSU is the last thing you want to go cheap on; A bad quality PSU might not only break down pretty quickly, but also take the rest of the system with it.
Although not personally familiar with the brand, my understanding is that iBall is a low-quality PSU. Accordingly, maybe it is good for 300W. That would be enough for, in descending order of power, a GTX750Ti, GTX750, HD7750, GTX650E (the one with no PCIe power connector), or GTX640. Make sure any card you select has GDDR5 memory on it, not the much slower DDR3.

Copied my GPU reccomendation, huh? Anyway, no problem. glad u liked my GPU, for copying it.

The Hierarchy chart seems to show typically a 2-tier difference. I think of the DDR3 versions of cards spec'ed for GDDR5 as abominations, created to cheat people out of their money, thinking they're getting a better card than what actually shows up.

Sorry, I didn't update the site before posting so I was still seeing the GT 640. It seems that great minds think alike :D

I wouldn't recommend that PSU if it's the VS 450. Any of these PSUs should fit in a standard mATX or ATX case.
