2 Way 780ti will give you the best performance and you wont have to deal with the poor utilities and drivers of AMD, 4 way and 3 way are worth avoiding as the performance gain for a 3rd and 4th card is far less than it is worth

Hi,

honestly I think 4k gaming at the moment will need at least 780 ti 3 way or 290x quad to have a good experience but the headache of drivers and incompatibility will have to be accepted.
Personnally when I can run BF4 max at 4k at 80-100fps it is worth the hassle. Crysis 3 is giving me headache though.

Depending on the expectations, choose the setup. Thinking of the current and future use, and upgradability.
Cheap is good, but think about time and quality as well.
warranty may be important for some people...like me.
