To put it simply, all cards on the market are designed by either AMD or Nvidia, but they don't actually manufacture them. MSI, Gainward, Palit and EVGA are companies that manufacture the GPUs and they all have their own selling points. Others use 'military grade components' and some of the coolers are more efficient/silent than others. The differences in performance tend to be pretty minimal.

In general, it's best to look at some reviews before buying anything. When I was deciding on what GTX 760 to get, I did some Googling and found out that the MSI card happens to be the most silent one so I ended up getting that.

well i dont care if its silent or not , i want it to be powerfull (the best in its price atleast) and im confused to what needs to be lower or higher to be good, so i have to choose to whatever has higher engine clock , memory speed , memory ram , memory interface and stuff? and whats more imporant when i cant have all high since i cant afford tons of money?

As for as specs go, get something with (G)DDR5 memory. The amount of the memory depends on the GPU you're getting (which is?).
