I went with 4770 'cause I wanted to keep it in budget and the r9 isn't really that weak. I tested my friend's r9 280x for a day and it ran fine at 124fps average on skyrim ultra. if you want to spend more you can go with the 4970 and a gtx 780 which is much more expensive. I tried findin an amd fx 8350 on plonter but I couldn't understand the site that well so I went with intel. you could go your own way with finding an fx 8350 and a gtx 780 for cheaper.

But still you put R9 270X with i7 4770 its little overkill don't you think?

In this budget I can take GTX770 or R9 290 or R9 280X
Which is much stronger then the R9 270X

Because I do have knowledge about some parts and prices.
But I don't think I know to build complete PC.

But what I do know is that I don't need to put i7 if I only use the PC for games.

And that to put i7 CPU and 270X GPU and 850W PSU is bad combination.

' if you wanna run all latest games you need at least an i7 4xxx and up. '
WRONG
An i7 will ONLY be handy if you do video editing because of the hyperthreading , an i5 is more than enough for gaming and will more than likely be enough for a long time with the 5th gen cpu's coming out
