I have WD My Passport....suddenly not seen by computer, device manager, etc

I have WD My Passport external drive. Suddenly is not seen on computer....I can feel it running but able to see it. I swaped out the cable and still no luck....Need info on the drive

Does the drive show up in Disk Management? If you haven't look there then try this:
1) Click on Start
2) Type diskmgmt.msc
3) Press Enter
Look for the drive and if it shows up then post what you see about the drive.

I have the same problem and have done what you told. Drive didn't show up in Disk Managment...is there a way to get my stuff from it?

If the drive is out of warranty you could try removing it from the enclosure and putting in another enclosure, connecting it via SATA to USB cable or try a drive dock.
