I was willing to buy two XFX 280x because I found them at a good price compared to others. I'm willing to buy two of them to get them on Crossfire. However, I'm reading a lot of issues with regards to the bridge not being long enough. Do you think I should get the same issue if I try to Crossfire them on an Asus P6t? Thank you!

How long is it? from what i read, the standard 100mm (10cm) bridge is too short. You'll need about 110mm or better yet 120mm

I'm having trouble with two 7990's in 'quadfire' as regards the length of the bridge. They come with 100mm. This only allows them to live right next door to each other, about 2". I'm getting away with it due to the mini cyclone I've created in an X-predator evil edition case with an exhaust mounted externally at the rear between the two (in fact the temps are now lower than one 7990 before I set the 7 extra internal fans). I would like a 110mm bridge. There's two on eBay but looking at the pictures and the placement of the tape measure there seams to be no difference between them and the 100mm. Does anyone know of the 110mm being sold in the UK? The ones I'm looking at are from the USA and seam quite steep. The article I read claimed the 100mm would reach. Is a well known site, Google 7990 in crossfire. I shall not be taking their reviews as seriously again. BTW, they work a tread in unison.
