my budget is 1200$ and these are my components-----Proccessor: Intel Core i5-4670k, Motherboard: ASRock 78Z Extreme4, PSU: Corsair CX series 600watt, Storage:SSD-PNY 787/Hard Drive- Seagate Barracuda 1 TB, Graphic Card: GeForce GTX 780, RAM: Hyper X Black 8GB,and Case: Corsair Obsidian 750D full tower.------any suggestions ( this is for gaming, if that changes your opinion.

Looks pretty good overall, but I'd change a few things:
1. Get the Z97 version of that board if you can afford it.
2. Change that power supply, it uses bad capacitors that tend to fail often and cause heat issues. I recommend something from XFX, Seasonic, Antec or Corsair (HX, TX, and AX series only).
