Which PSU is Better?

Hello I have a problem chosing the right PSU:
(Building for my kid a Mid range PC)
1.Coolermaster RS550-AMAAB1-EU GM Series
2.Corsair CX Series 600Watt Modular 80 PLUS Bronze ATX
3.XFX PRO650W Core Edition
Please Help (If you suggest me other PSUs Keep in mind i have a limited budget for this one.)

xfx

other corsairs, antec, seasonic and xfx are all good.

when budget is a huge concern then look at evga, thermaltake SMART and corsair cx

also what are the rest of the specs you are gathering? for a midrange pc most probably even the 550w might suffice!
