Take the old cooler off and measure from the CPU to the side panel of the case. The EVO is 6.3" tall.
As far as any obstructions like RAM or heat syncs, that will depend on the MB and how tall the RAM sticks are. The EVO sits quite close to the board. Tall heat syncs are a no no.

You mean from down to Upside? or from left to right and see how much space left =D?

The main problem with size will be the height of the cooler; from the base that contacts the CPU to top of heat sync. If your case is too narrow, you won't be able to put the side panel back on. The cooler will be sticking out too far. That's the first thing to measure. If the case is 8" wide or more, you shouldn't have any problem. But if narrower, measure.

You can find the dimensions of the 212 EVO here: http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=... (scroll to bottom of page)

What are those measurements? Upside, downside, left, right... that makes no sense. How much room do you have from the surface of your CPU's heat spreader to the side cover? (The distance the EVO will extend from CPU outward)

if i count my box from down side to upside like if i can close my box after i put the new evo 212 in , i got like 16cm of space from upside and downside,

and when i do from cpu to left and right i get 7cm. to both sides there is 7cm.

I'm afraid you've lost me. That makes no sense. I sent you the link to the 212 EVO showing its dimensions. That ought to be enough to figure out if your case has room for it.
