It's technically upgradable but since DDR2 is end-of-life u would end up buying a 2GB DDR2 which is more expensive than a current 4GB DDR3 single. I would suggest optimize your OS instead if u feel its slow, or buy a new laptop instead.

your ram is but your gpu is not. every day people ask if they can upgrade their laptop. Unfortunately when you buy a laptop you are stuck with what it can do. If you are trying to play games upgrading the ram isnt going to help though. your only option is to buy a new pc. If so get a desk top. laptops even the "gaming" ones are awful
