Hello. I have 2 questions i need to ask. First off, when i check in DXDIAG or ATI CCC, it always shows i got a R9 200 Series card in there. Second question is that i'am using the PS Display as a monitor, running at 1080p 60Hz, and in the display settings it shows as a DDC Display.
Video card problems. (ATI HD7970)

The R9 280x and the 7970 are the same card. The 280x is a rebrand. I have no idea about your second question. As long as it looks right, I wouldn't worry too much on what is being reported.
