I have a mobo of m5a99fx r2.0 and I'm cross firing so it covers the PCI for a wireless PCI adapter so USB is my only option.

The answer is none.

USB dongles dont have the size for a decent antenna, and you are restricted by the 5v power from the usb port for the transmit power of the antenna (and single antenna at that).

If you want to do online games and cant plug a cable directly from the router, the best option is to get a powerline network adapter that sends ethernet data over powerlines. TP-Link makes a decent 500mbps one for $40. I know you dont have 500mbps internet but that is not the real speed, trust me you want the 500mbps one over the 200mbps one.

In gaming you need response time, for networks that means low ping/latency. The powerline adapters will beat out wireless in ping/latnecy by a good margin.

The kit with 1 sender and 1 reciever, an ethernet from router to sender unit, and ethernet cable from reciever to pc, that is all.
