I've gotten 3 graphics cards over the past 6 months. 2 were RMA'ed, the 3rd, which I have now, still does not work.

I installed my EVGA 760 and downloaded the drivers after booting up my computer.

Then I restarted. I received video on the bios splash screen and on the starting windows screen (I have windows 7) and then I lose video and audio (running HDMI) after the starting windows screen is done.

This is the same problem for the 3 cards I have had. They can't possibly all be defective. I don't know what's going on but I just want to play hi-res! Help!

What power supply do you have? It seems to be a power issue.

I have had the same problem with every card. Try starting Windows in safe mode remove the old drivers with a driver sweeper and reinstall. If you have already done this and it does not work try putting the card in the other pcie slot with no drivers installed and after the swap reinstall the drivers if this does not work reinstall windows. It will make you crazy trying to get drivers to work properly sometimes

I accidentily made you get the solution when I'm trying to reply. Lol, how do I take that back?

Anyways,

I first used driversweeper though to clean out the old drivers that were installed. I got the same problem though. When I actually booted up back into Windows using integrated graphics though, it prompted me saying "Windows was unable to start" and wanted me to use the system restore. I haven't yet. Should I?

I'm leaning towards the power supply since the cx series corsair power supplies are their budget units. Do you have a different one that you can try?

Yes you should try the system restore, but keep you video card out of the system. If you boot into windows fine on the integrated graphics and are able to do normal computing then the power supply is most likely the cause of your problems.
