I recently Built a new computer, and when i play Minecraft i am only getting about 25-30 fps. to me this is bad because i built this computer to be good at gaming and be able to record it. Is my PC bad or something? Or am i just doing something wrong? I even tried putting more Ram into Minecraft and only increased my fps about 10. Please help me.

Assuming not a driver issue my question would be the PSU, from what I can see the recommended PSU for the 280x is 750W, so I would be concerned that you are not getting enough juice through to your card, normally you can easily shave 100W off the recommended and that will be sufficient, but if you are running an O.C. edition might be pushing up your power draw.

nah, PSU should be fine, 95w+250W+75w for mobo +_ 30w extra = 450, you'll use 500w at most. I think you need to install graphics drivers from AMD's site if you haven't, stock drivers windows donloas you will scrambe your fps
