MSi R9 290 upgrade but worse fps

hi I've just upgraded my gpu from a GTX 760, in which I was getting 80-120 fps in ultra on world of Warcraft, to a MSI R9 290 and my fps has reduced and is around 40-70 fps now. am guessing its maybe some sort of application settings in CCC but don't know what to change. help please :D

Yeah conditions are the same. Just a new gpu and both was on their factory settings. The game settings are the same also. The new gpu performs better on other games (very buggy and texture flickers on watchdogs tho) but the fps is a lot less on wow :/

Got it fixed everyone :D there was some old drivers that must have been hidden in some system files or something. I had to use a program to remove them fully.
Driver Cleaner Pro

Back at normal fps but no increase though :/ not that I need it because I only have a 60hz monitor
