USB 2.0 Header on Case, USB 3.0 Header Motherboard

So, I'm about to acquire some parts to upgrade my current rig (an off the shelf Dell) and I came upon a conflict: the case I had chosen, the Rosewill Challenger, doesn't seem to like the motherboard I chose: the ASRock 970 EXTREME4 ATX AM3+ Motherboard. The ASRock has a USB 3.0 header but the case only has support for a USB 2.0 header. Will it still work or do I need to get the more expensive version of the case with USB 3.0? (Please note I'm on a very tight budget, any other suggestions are quite welcome but please nothing too far exceeding $60.) Thank you all in advance.

The good news is that that motherboard also has 3 USB 2.0 headers on the motherboard, in addition to the 1 USB 3.0 header. Just use one of the USB 2.0 headers; you'll still have 2 USB 3.0 ports on the back of the motherboard.
