What is the digital clock on Gigabyte Z87-UD3H for?

I have heard it is for CPU temp on ASUS MB similar version. But Gigabyte gives no info on this. When I open 3 or 4 game window, CPU load is from 22% to 50%. The clock always shows "03" (not sure "03" or "O3")

It's not a clock, it's a status LED. The motherboard manual should have a section listing what each code meabs

That's a debug led, ASRock has a similar led on some pro4 boards. You'll find the codes in user manual appendix 6-3. I don't see a 03 but there is a E0, which is just a wake up from standby order. No worries either way.
