good headset/possibly logitech

I bought myself logitech g35 and my brother wants to get a new pair as well. He is looking for a good logitech headset which would cost around £50. Do you know any with built-in sound card as he uses an onboard sound which isnt the best?

He wants headphones around £50. He is looking for a good 5.1-7.1 sound, decent mic, nothing too fancy. Razer kraken and my logitech g35 is not in option.
