Need 2 $1500 amd and intel gaming builds

I need 2 gaming builds that can run skyrim battlefield minecraft watch dogs and any other game on high settings. I don't have a os I have monitor , keyboard mouse. 1500 is my budget but can go over alittle if it improves preformance. Also if you can create a build for a bitfenix prodigy for 1500 I would appreciate it. I would like a and and intel version of that. Big thanks ps I want a blue and white color scheme

Intel build (there are no mini-ITX boards for AMD's AM3+):

    Build notes:
    1) I got the best mini-ITX board that is designed for overclocking, and is excellent quality. Note the addon board at the top to supply stable power to the CPU.

Read more about the excellent CPU board, sound addon and wi-fi/M.2 combo.

    2) *I recommend the i5-4790K (Devil's Canyon) instead once it comes out which is soon. It's been redesigned to run a bit cooler and overclock higher.

**The above motherboard is compatible. If a BIOS update is needed, it can do so without a CPU.

    3) May wish to get Start8 ($5) as well for Windows 8, but definitely get Windows 8.

    4) I think everything is compatible but make sure.

    5) The Noctua NH-U12S is an excellent cooler. I bought one and have been testing it. It's dead silent in idle, and not very loud under full load (video editing). Far better than the stock cooler and noticeably better than the good value Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO.

**I'm not certain if the above cooler fits. Be very careful as the mini-ITX board I chose has some addon cards that may interfere.

The hyperthreading is just starting to be used by games and Battlefield uses it.

The Noctua C14 cooler is about the best you can get and cools the RAM too.

ASUS is the best in motherboards

The RAM is cheap and low profile so the large cooler will fit over them.

That video card is of top quality. World class cooling. It will run cool and silent. The vapor chamber over the GPU is amazing.

If you can wait for the 4790K do so. About $20 more, but air cooled it runs 5.5GHz
