I'm working in a rather limited space, and would like to know if there is some sort of adapter that would allow me to move the GPU elsewhere. (and at a different angle)

More about : sideways gpu adapter

You would be looking for a PCIe riser cable/adapter.

Some of them are in the form of a PCB with an edge connector that plugs in the motherboard and a PCB-to-board connector to plug your card into while others use flexible ribbon cable in-between.

You're probably looking for a PCIe Riser card. Unfortunately, you need a case that can support that.

There are a number of options available, such as this 1U server riser.

Then there's a flexible option. Honestly, it really depends on what you're trying to do. As I said, if you don't know for a fact that your case can handle it, don't bother.
