Pci Express Slot Help!!!

So l have a nice dell inspiron laptop. Anyway l was looking to see if it has a Pci Express slot, and apparently it does... l think. I download pc wizard and it said this

So it says Bus PCI-Express. Does that mean l can get a card like this

Unfortunately, no. You cannot install a discrete graphics card into a laptop. There is no physical space for the cards. While the laptop specifications may state PCI-E slots, they are likely Mini PCI (mPCIe) slots that are already taken by your wireless card and webcam.
